The World Breastfeeding Week Walk is a celebration of breastfeeding mothers and babies and a chance to raise breastfeeding awareness in our community.  This annual event gives our community a chance to gather in support for the work La Leche League does locally and internationally.  The Walk is our big annual fundraiser and the money raised allows our local La Leche League group to continue the work they do in supporting women who want to breastfeed.

A silent auction filled with fabulous donations

Door Prizes

Live Music: Vicki Pompea

Refreshments: Starbucks coffee, Gibs bagels, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Eldorado Natural Spring water, Fruit from Grant Family Farms and more 

A walk around Sheldon Lake at City Park

A special gift ceremony for the top 3 people who raise the most donations for their walk.
